ATS helped post jobs on multiple sites from a single platform. The client could now see the status of each job opening, access the applicant data, and shortlist the candidate without leaving the ATS window.
Core HR
Our Core HR platform automated the punch-ins and punch-outs. The attendance data also included the geo-location so that the client could verify the precise whereabouts of the employees.
Payroll
We integrated our payroll platform with the leave and attendance system to automatically calculate employee salaries based on the attendance data.

New employees were now directly providing their details and documents on the portal. The need for maintaining physical forms was eliminated.
